Preliminary communication


When we make initial contact with customers, we will listen carefully to their needs and learn more about their requirements and design preferences. In this way, we can not only provide customers with personalized advice, but also build customers' trust in our professional capabilities in the early stages. We will combine our expertise and experience in customer product design to give reasonable advice to ensure that customers' needs are accurately met. If customers need design services, our design team will provide creative suggestions to help customers complete perfect products.


1. Proofing and mold costs


After confirming the customer's needs, we will make samples according to the customer's requirements. For some products that require special design or customization, we may need to open molds, and the mold opening costs will be borne by the customer. If the customer's order quantity reaches a certain amount, we will refund the corresponding mold costs according to the agreement. This not only guarantees the uniqueness of the product, but also provides customers with more cost benefits.


2. Contract signing and deposit payment


After both parties confirm the drawings, we will sign a formal contract with the customer to clarify the product details, production cycle and related terms. After the contract is signed, the customer needs to pay a deposit to ensure the official start of the order. The production cycle starts after the custom mold is completed to ensure that every step is executed as planned.


3. Delivery Time


We promise that the delivery time of all customized products will not exceed 45 days. We will maintain close communication with customers during the production process to ensure that any problems are resolved in a timely manner and high-quality products are delivered on time as required by the contract.
